ClickMate - Auto Clicker

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Grid Developer ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ClickMate - Auto Clicker Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App uses system permissions, handles data, and protects your privacy. ClickMate is designed as a privacy-first tool — it does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Data Collection

ClickMate does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All application configurations (presets, settings) are stored locally on your device.

The App does not collect:

  • Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data (GPS or network-based)
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics or crash reports
  • Screen content, text, images, or UI elements
  • Information about other installed applications

3. Accessibility Service

ClickMate uses Android Accessibility Service solely for the purpose of performing automatic screen taps at positions you define. The Accessibility Service is:

Only active when you explicitly start the auto clicker

Used exclusively for automatic tap injection

Does NOT read screen content (text, images, or UI elements)

Does NOT capture or transmit screen data

Does NOT intercept user input (keyboard, touch, gestures)

Does NOT collect information about other applications

Does NOT modify system settings

Does NOT interact with advertisements

The Accessibility Service stops as soon as you press the Stop button or close the App.

4. Permissions Used

4.1 Accessibility Service

Required for automatic screen tap functionality. Only used when the auto clicker is actively running. See Section 3 for full disclosure.

4.2 Foreground Service

Required to keep the auto clicker running reliably in the background. A persistent notification will appear while the service is active, showing the tap counter and status. This notification can be expanded to show controls.

4.3 Overlay Permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

Required for the floating control panel (bubble) that allows you to control the auto clicker from any app — including games. The overlay only shows tap controls and a live counter. It does not display advertisements or collect data.

4.4 Notification Permission (Android 13+)

Required to show the foreground service notification that indicates the auto clicker is running. You can manage this permission from your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

ClickMate integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob — Used to display banner advertisements on the main configuration screen and rewarded video ads for optional premium unlocks. AdMob may collect Advertising ID, usage data related to ad interactions, and approximate location (based on IP address). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Play Billing — Used for processing in-app purchases (Premium unlock). No payment data is processed by ClickMate directly; all transactions are handled by Google Play's billing system.
  • Firebase Crashlytics — (Optional) Used for crash reporting to help us improve stability. May collect device information necessary for diagnosing crashes. No personal data is collected.

You can opt out of advertising personalization by enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your device's Google settings.

6. Data Storage & Deletion

All app data (presets, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. To delete all data:

  • Uninstall the App from your device, or
  • Go to Settings → Apps → ClickMate → Storage → Clear Data

Uninstalling the App immediately removes all associated permissions and terminates any running services.

7. Children's Privacy

ClickMate is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App's core functionality requires Accessibility Service and Overlay permissions, which are controlled by Android system settings and require explicit user consent.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or applicable regulations. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Contact Information
